The window for ordering is narrowing.  We have reserved about 90 percent of the birds available for Thanksgiving, and the range of sizes available has narrowed.  But you can still get farm-fresh Turkeys between 10 and 22 pounds.  We are especially strong in the range of 10 to 16 pounds.  If you wanted a bird larger than 22 pounds, consider ordering two smaller birds, say, two 12-pounders and roasting them side by side.  Meat yield is the same, the roasting time is less, and the carver gets to show off twice at Thanksgiving dinner.
