Whew!  Thanksgiving was tough this year, tougher than usual, but it is past and we are ready for the final push of the season, Christmas.

We are taking orders for farm-fresh and for smoked Turkeys for Christmas.  Some years, we are the only Turkey farm in Maine offering farm-fresh Turkeys at Christmas.  Many farms dress all birds at Thanksgiving and then pull them from the freezer to fill Christmas orders.  To order your farm-fresh or smoked Turkey, just click on Our Products and scroll to the order form.  Write in your order and send it to us.  We will confirm by email.  We expect to begin confirming Christmas orders by Dec. 8.

For Christmas, we have a strong supply of birds between 10 and 16 pounds.  The supply of birds heavier than 16 pounds is limited but for now we can accept orders for those sizes.  We will know more about sizes available after we dress some processing birds on Dec. 9.  We expect to run out of larger sizes before long, so don’t delay in ordering.
